Our large cardboard boxes provide an effective, sustainable, and affordable packaging solution. They are available in a range of styles and board grades, ranging from B flute to triple-wall. These boxes can be glued or stitched and are typically between 10 and 22.5 square metres in size. We ship our boxes flat to optimise your warehouse utilisation, and to ensure the safe arrival of your products.
Our ability to produce large cardboard boxes is thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery. This includes our brand new TCY Casemaker. It’s because of this technology that we can tailor these boxes to your requirements, meaning they’re ideal for oversized or unusually shaped products.
We’ll work closely with you to develop and produce boxes that meet your specific requirements giving you access to our design studio which uses the latest CAD software. Our digital cutting table allows us to produce prototypes for you prior to going into production. We are also able to print in up to two colours.
For peace of mind, all our large cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable, offering a sustainable packaging solution and our strict manufacturing procedures ensure a consistent level of quality. We hold ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certification.
