The Importance of our Mission Statement.

This mission statement is what drives us to invest over £3 million pounds into our new TCY Casemaker machine. It’s what makes our bespoke design and sampling studio so important. And it’s what makes the people that work here want to improve every day.

As Billy Hutchinson, our MD says “By writing this mission statement down, what we’ve done is highlight how we’ve always done business. We believe in partnerships. Getting to know our customers businesses inside out. It’s what we’ve always done and it’s what we’ll always continue to do. Having the Mission Statement just helps us to keep focused on delivering excellence”
