S Lester design and manufacture Extra Large Cardboard Boxes. These boxes provide excellent protection for the transportation and storage of bulk products. We have the specialist machinery required to produce these boxes, which are suitable for oversized or unusually shaped products.

Our boxes offer an effective, sustainable and affordable packaging solution. They are available in a range of styles and board grades, ranging from B flute to Triple-Wall and can be produced to meet your needs. Typically between 10 and 22.5 square metres in size, Extra Large Cardboard Boxes can be glued or stitched to give the desired performance. They are shipped flat, optimising your warehouse utilisation and are designed to ensure safe arrival of your products.
