Trade
S Lester offers a reliable and trusted trade service to other corrugated manufacturers and suppliers in the UK and it is an integral aspect of our business. Our dedicated team are highly responsive, offering a quick turnaround service with quotes. Offering both a quality product and service, we have built strong relationships with various key trade partners.
Our manufacturing facilities provide us with centralised distribution to the rest of the UK. Our fleet of plain trucks and use of supplied delivery notes allows us to deliver on our partner’s behalf, in the strictest confidence. We actively source the most cost-effective, sustainable raw materials which allow us to offer our trade partners competitive prices.
Bespoke Packaging
In collaboration with our clients, we create unique packaging solutions to suit your unique requirements. No matter the specification, our in-house packaging design team, work with you to develop a best in class solution. Our experienced and passionate design team can assist with adjusting current FEFCO styles or create bespoke designs from scratch.
We understand the importance of being able to test and sample a product before you commit to a full production run. At our development studio, we can produce a range of samples for you to test first-hand using our state-of-the-art CAD software. Samples can be made in the correct board grade to give you an accurate representation.
Delivery
Located in the industrial heartland of the West Midlands, we have centralised distribution to the rest of the UK, distributing through our own fleet of plain vehicles, which are tracked. We offer competitive lead times throughout the UK, offering a just-in-time delivery service which helps our customers optimise the supply chain, maximise storage space and ultimately keep costs down. We take pride in our work, ensuring each pallet is handled with the greatest care. Our state-of-the-art live operating system gives us full control of the manufacturing process, including delivery, allowing us to notify customers of upcoming deliveries
DIE CUT
S Lester offers a quality die cutting service to our customers, combining automation with precision. Our dedicated design team is able to produce innovative die-cut solutions that help businesses to thrive. Die cutting involves using a cutting tool to ‘press out’ the required shape from a piece of flat corrugated board. This can be creased and folded to give the desired corrugated style. This service is ideal for bespoke designs for packaging solutions that are irregular in shape.
Our machine is capable of die-cutting and fully stripping a maximum blank sheet size of 2500x4800mm. With capabilities of converting a wide range of board grades, ranging from E flute to AAA flute, our die-cutting service offers versatility for your packaging solution.
Extra Large Packaging
S Lester specialise in offering extra large bespoke corrugated packaging solutions. Our dedicated design team are able to produce innovative extra large solutions that help businesses to thrive. Our bespoke extra large packaging service is designed to provide excellent strength during transit and to meet the physical requirements of the supply chain.
Unlike many other corrugated sheet plants, we have the specialist machinery required to produce such boxes, which are suitable for oversized or unusually shaped products- typically between 10 and 22.5 square metres in size. With capabilities of converting a wide range of styles and board grades, ranging from b flute to triple-wall, our extra large packaging service offers versatility for your packaging solution.
